My guilds and use are as follows.

Friends guild - My normal group I play with, dungeons, questing etc.
Main guild - Trials, PvP, Dungeons (although I'm bad at finding time often)
Trade Guild - Selling my stuff, price checks.
UESP - reading people talk lore and feeling overwhelmed

Other than that, I usually look for guilds that do everything from RP to PVP and social and that stuff.

I run a guild that is mid-range trading/social with some regular casual play and social events

I am in 2 other trading guilds

I am in a PvE guild that seems to be defunct, which is a shame

Nothing at all tbh I have three trade guilds to make money bc we are forced into it I have a housing guild and I port from home to home. Then I have a dead social guild that no one ever talks in.

I have joined many guild and left a ton rarely do I find one people do things with each other as a full guild. The more active ones have anywhere at anytime 5-10 people talking in them.

Use to be in a pvp guild and they would just spam guild roster invites and Zerg maps and it was really boring. Was in another trials guild that had a ton of people but they only played with the 12 that ran trials every day and anyone else had to start their own group with no help. Then they would make fun of the other “bad” player left them real fast bc it was pointless.

I’m sure there might be a few good guilds out there that have fun and run around doing fun and stupid stuff together but I have not found any in my 3 years of playing.

As a GM my time is mainly in my own guild and is mainly around organising the bigger things for the guildies such as trials runs (As these are a lot easier and more reliable in a guild than a pug), sorting out trading stuff for everybody, helping newer players with crafting stuff and builds, helping guildies with dungeons etc.

Don't tend to have as much time as I'd like for the whole questing side these days, but trying to think up a few more fun/low key guild events rather than big trials runs (Any ideas welcome

I'm in 2 guilds:
1. Social guild (all the people in the guild are from the same country, so I can talk my native language), where I usually chat with people and occasionally do pledges and trials with guildies.
2. Trade guild, where I occasionally chat, ask price checks and maybe ask people to do pledges and trials.

I also sometimes write into the wrong guildchat, not because I wanna confuse people, but because I didn't double check into which channel I wrote.

Of the guilds I'm in almost nobody talks in chat. They all have their own cliques within them. Sure I could go to other ones, but they all seem to be the same way.

I would love a roleplaying guild in PC EU, but atm its a catastrophe finding ANY roleplaying guilds.

My guild is my second family, but they don't know it yet. I would never join to guild just for doing content and not knowing most members. I don't see the point in joining such guild.

Favorite Guild activities:
- Sharing my house (with all basic crafting stations)
- Porting to other members online as a means of transportation
- Coaching newer players

The go to menu..go to social text chat bring up box..type /guild1 and then hit send and then bring up text box is just too much for me every time I want to talk or respond to things.

Even.worse if I want to talk to.guild and zone having to switch over channels is such a pain each time.


If it can be streamlined somehow that would help and I'd talk more thus be more active.

I think the clunky Ness of the system creates this scenario for many.


I might talk on headset if the system was better too..is there a way to have a channel that all guild it's can talk in without be8ng grouped? That would be helpful tremendously. I could just pop into guild speak and become more social. But as it is...gett8ng to talk to anyone specific is a pain so I just don't try

4/5 are trade guilds and I have absolutely no interaction with people other than ask/provide MM prices and the occasional game related tip. 1/5 is my PvE guild where I run trials, occasionally pledges, and ask/provide more detailed advice about builds and strategies. I rarely talk in game about other topics. I never RP or group for activities that don't require groups by design.

I containerise my play. PvP with a big Cyro guild, trading with traders, and my IRL mates guild the lot

I picked other, becasue its most of the above.

I socialize in all of them. I sell things with 2 of them, one of the guilds I sell things with, I also pvp with. one guild is housing based, but i have also done dungeons with them. and so on and so forth. the only thing I don't do with my guilds is roleplay, and that's mainly because guilds in this game, even while overlaping here and there, tend to be mainly based around one specific activity and i have ran out of guild slots to add rp guild in there.
