Trying to connect on XBOX. Cannot even get to the character load screen. Extremely long load time, then disconnect "due to inactivity."

Run the ESO Game Consultant, then examine the output file to determine whether there is an Internet connectivity problem. If there's no connection within less than 3 - 5 minutes, then perhaps an Internet router is failing or it is dropping packets because it is overloaded. If that is happening, then you must contact your ISP's tech support staff.
Note: keep the output file perchance you need to contact the ESO Customer Support staff, so that you can attach it to the message.
