End-game Magicka Warden PvE DPS build [Clockwork City]

Been a while since I've posted about the Mag Warden on the forums, but here is my new build for the Clockwork City DLC! In my opinion, Mag Warden is still suffering from the same issues as it was when first released, therefore I wanted to make a build that provides massive group utility via gear and skill choices where class passives are lacking, while still being able to pump out decent numbers.     Thanks Stileanima.... just one question: the dps count at the end of the video shows 39.7k, so it's a huge improvement from the previous values that were around 35-36k top. Is that right?

    Very interesting video, I'm surprised to see what can be done without casting Shalks in single target. I notice Burning alone did almost 2k on your provided parse, how much of the build's damage is tied to acquiring a Perfected Inferno staff? Do you think it's still worth running a non-Perfected Asylum weapon in that slot, or would swapping in new jewelry with a 4th-slot frontbar weapon be a decent alternative?

    Outside of grinding the leaderboard on Asylum Weekly challenges, that particular piece of gear is outside the reach of many players.
