I do have one question though....and I am not trying to take anything away from the footage here bc it speaks for itself, but are these guys just potatoes or what?
Where are the crit rush, dizzying swing, executioner spams or the fissure stamdens that knock you dead in <2 sec? The biggest struggle I have on my mag NB is keeping up with the pace of some of the other classes. They waste no time in really dishing out the damage and it feels liek ages before I can really set the fight up to go my way with bow proc/ulti and you arent even using an execute!
Any tips on how to control the fight in a way that gives you time to set this up for the perfect combo?

Well first thanks for ur kind words, I appreciate it
If you go to 3:02 of the video, I've put up a 1v1 I had with a stam warden there, where I try to survive dizzy-> fissure proc-> dawn breaker -> execute there which is an extremely hard hitting combo, by looking at his foot to see when the fissure is coming, jumping to avoid it and holding block.
There are times that my enemies don't pressure me, yet there are times like 5:50 where Im under a soul assault, meteor and grothdar proc, thats 2 ults and a monster proc.
I generally try to survive by using shadow image, cloaking mid-fight and kiting with cripple and image first, and then blocking and dodging.
Since the heavy meta of one tamriel is over, I try to kite and avoid damage rather than eat it.
Also since Im a vampire I try to keep my max hp high to take more advantage of undeath passive( ppl usually don't care about max hp which imho is a mistake)
Each combo that comes ur way has its own counter, some need blocking and kiting (stam warden) some need dodging or cloaking (crit rush) and some need healing ward (soul assault).
What u are talking about is the part where I use dw, watch the rest as wellIm not saying Im a perfect player, far from it, but there sure are pressure moments there.

I don’t think the heavy meta is over. In fact, with zero nerfs hitting heavy armor in the last two patches, and the crazy strength of the passives, I’d be hard pressed to play light over heavy. The penetration bonus’s from light can be made up by CP, and the regen is fairly well covered by Constitution, and siphoning attack’s (and presumably Amber, though you’d need jewels and 2 body, or wpn and body). The hp gains are huge, not to mention the shadow barrier heavy buff. I see a lot of MagBlades running jewels of misrule food. Though perhaps you’ve already experimented with all of these.
