Tel Var is the only good source of Hakeijo which isn´t PvP. There is no such thing as a 'PvP skyshard'. Much stuff in IC is geared towards PvP but it´s not 'PvP stuff'.
Bottom line is there is stuff in IC which is very useful for solo players, and there is also a bloody questline not marked as a group questline for Mara´s sake. I can see what they tried to do and yes you can work around it; but it is still idiotic to keep it the way it is now. Getting zerged to death in 2 seconds when I´m doing a solo questline and losing currency?
Respect for the solo questers and the solo fishermen. But that loss of currency on death keeps IC from being flooded with "farmers" who won't fight. I can only approve. They can buy their hakeijo from a PVPer.

If you are serious about currency then do not be distracted by trying to do quest lines. Keep the two separate.

The currency isn´t the major issue, it´s just icing on the crapcake - the issue is if I get killed I have to release and run into the city again - perhaps to get ganked by the same people.
I guess it´s just too late to do it, but it would have been nice if they could have put in a solo instance of IC. Remove the Tel Var/keys for all I care. Just let me play that bit of story without needing to look out for magbombs.
Or how about we put random Oblivion portals in the middle of Cyrodiil PvP fights to "encourage PvE"
