If you accidentally deleted your character, you can submit a help ticket to Customer Support here for further assistance. When contacting support, please provide the following information:
Deleted character name, race, class, and level
The date the character was deleted
UserID associated with the ESO account
E-mail address associated with the ESO account
Platform (PC/Mac, XB1, PS4)
Megaserver (NA/EU)
Additionally, due to the possibility of bank items being lost in the restoration process, please remove all items from your bank before contacting support.
Please note that restoration is not guaranteed as not every character can be restored.
