    No I guess the Cipher remains the rarest drop in game along with Ayleid and Morrowind/CWC furniture plans. I know I loot everything in sight and didn’t get one of these in all my game time...

    Ffs lol. Come close to beating hm on sat night. It's good that a drop has occurred on the 11th run though. Just over a 1 in 100 chance. Congrats in landing it. I'm sure you'll land a fine price for it.

    Well once I looted a random chest in Vvardenfell and looted Buoyant motif page. It doesnt mean that this motif actually has 100% drop chance, I just got lucky.
