[XB1] - Voice chats disappearing

Since the CWC update, voice chat channels disappear from the voice chat list when you try to join them.
For instance, I'm in Guild A: Guild Chat 1
I join a group. Due to the age-old annoying "feature" of automatically booting me to group chat, 12 seconds later (why is there a cooldown on chat switching?) I try to rejoin Guild A : Guild Chat 1 ... and when I try to join, the channel disappears from the list. I then try to join Guild A: Guild Chat 2 ... and that channel disappears from the list. I then try to join Guild A: Guild Chat 2 ... and that channel disappears from the list as well.
