✭I think it was bugged for me also. I could get in fine but the khajiit I was supposed to find wasn't where he was supposed to be.. -
stojekarcub18_ESO✭✭✭✭If you're still having this issue, there are multiple doors to get in there. Possibly another may work for you to at least get past this point you're stuck at?
