Didn't you read the recent summary of player accounts when they announced new lottery? Why should they care about single request or rage quit of disappointed customer? There are many new subscribers coming on your place each day. Single customers cannot demand or expect anything. Start a free trade union movement of eso players, they will maybe listen to you then - good luck .
do you have a link you can post for the summary of player accounts?
This is an impressive number without the context attached to it. 10 mil is the number of accounts created since the game launched. This would include all those bots that people talk about so often. Ever wonder why they don't publish daily active users? That's the real number to look at to gauge how well the game is doing.

When he posted that I couldn't stop laughing it just shows the intelligence level of people who actually defend zenimax

If you don't think the game is worth playing, then don't play it. Suspending or canceling a subscription does nothing to reduce the number of concurrent active players online. Moreover, if you do think the game is worth playing then why not pay to play it and so give the developers the resources with which to improve it?
To be honest, I'm growing tired of the argument "These developers aren't spending the money I'm no longer giving them to improve the game I'm happy to play anyway so long as I can get away with it for free".

No one really cares what you think your post on somebody else's form post not your own because honestly you don't even care about your own opinion
It's certainly a problem that they don't have a PTS for the console versions. On the other hand, given the addition of a new PvE zone on a PTS, how many testers are going to be PvPing in Cyrodiil to see the impact of the PvE update there? That sort of thing really only becomes apparent when the update goes live.

Who knows? Maybe testers would've been in there and found it right away. You were dead on with your first sentence though.
