Horrible Cyro Lag (PC/NA)

Wondering if US people are getting this too? Its really really bad, respawning at keeps dead for a few seconds, regular freezes, can't get near a battle, 1-2 second bar swap delays, game breaking stuff, not even normal for Southeast Asia and this is in Shor, not Vivec. It hasn't been this awful since we had those widespread issues due to one of the nodes near ZOS servers or whatever it was. VPN is working just fine (gets worse without), restarted router many times, repaired game files etc. It also seems to be limited to Cyro. Performance is slightly worse than normal in PvE but generally fine. Just an odd amount of DCs. Festival is over so server pop should be down again.

ESO Started using a DDOS protection service people are seemingly having issues with this. e.g.

It might not be the case in your situation but I know people in AUS and Russia etc are having problems too at one stage connection was only possible with VPN
