it says talk to her, but talking to her doesnt do anything

Having the same problem. Did the quest fine on another character when it was first added. But just tried to do it on another today and this same thing happened. Frustrating.

Same issue here, I dropped it and started it again and got stuck on the same part as you guys.

I was having this problem too. Turns out the issue was that I had already picked up the "to the clockwork city" quest from another npc. Since finishing this quest activates that one, it wouldn't let me. Abandoned the other quest and it let me complete this one.

thanks for the info, will try with other char who hasnt activated clockwork yet, as my main already is done with clockwork mainline, but still, this should not happen
