Unable to initialize connection to steam

After the new patch was downloaded I cant login. The launcher and the game start normally but when i get to the login screen It says "unable to initialize connection to steam. Please ensure the game was launched through Steam or try again later." Ive tried every solution i could find in Google (repearing the client, runing EVERYTHING as admin, reinstalling the game and steam) and nothing works. Yesterday everything was fine. Can someone help me?
