Will the 4K assets be available for download before the 7th?
Some people in my team doesn’t have good connections sadly and the usually can’t play on patch days (I’m on 1Gbit so I’m good though)
What options will be available for graphics?
Have you tested the patch enough to make certain that Trials etc are playable now and not a 5 FPS slideshow?
Are the buff trackers etc working correctly now? Ground DoTs wasn’t showing etc.

✭✭✭✭✭ESO patches have never been available befor the server is being updated. If your friends can leave their machine on so it can be updated great. It's what we do on PC
Consoles patches get limited testing since their is not a console specific PTS. Eve with a PTS some bugs are f discovers.
As far as the graphics, If Zos has not provided that information already they're probably note read to discus it. If they have already announced the information they tend to avoid replying to each thread that asks. Just pointing out how they historically deal with it.

You're not getting 4k on the Xbox X running this game with its huge overreliance on the CPU processor, in which case I believe is a lolAMD 2.4GHZ, and expect more than 5 fps in anything, ANYTHING that is crowded, or has more than 5 players on screen at once.

A: Yeah, I don't personally have specifics on the release date of the article, unfortunately. That's all handled by the community/marketing folks.
