Question about witches festival furniture plans

So in the Craftstore addon I see a blue plan for a witches primitive log brazier and purple plan for a witches antler charms totem. The wrapped corpse plan is pretty ubiquitous now in the traders, but I've yet to see either of the other two. Has anybody found them? Where do they drop?

Those items were datamined. Furthermore, their item IDs are adjacent to ones that are dropping. So the assumption was that they will drop in the festival.

But that was just an assumption, and it would appear that they are not actually dropping.

So why do these plans exist in the game if they are not obtainable? Your guess is as good as mine. ZOS may have made a mistake--i.e., they might've created these items but then forgot to add them to the loot table. Or maybe they're saving them for the 2018 festival. Who knows.
