Error after updatinf Windows 10 (from automatic updates from HP)

I played the game this morning, then installed an automatic update for windows 10, from HP. That being done, I am unable to play the game anymore. I tried to reinstall the game (my PC was not recognized anymore, even if it is the same that I used many times, I had to confirm through email that it was me trying to log in), but the final launch claim that there is already another instance running. I rebooted from fresh, still impossible to log it, same errors ("icuuc55_64x.dll is either not designated to run on Windows, or it contains an error ...". or that there is already another instance running.
