Cannot Access ESO Website/Forum

Hi there,


For a while, my boyfriend hasn't been able to access the forum or the site (hence why I'm the one posting this). If he tries, he gets the following grey screen, regardless of browser:





I should mention he lives in the UK, and this is happening on more than one computer.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how it might be solved?

BTW, I'm the affected guy posting from my phone which is the only place I (sometimes) don't get the gray screen of death.

I wonder if this could be moved to General Help, since I realise now it would probably be a more fitting place for it.

Try doing a hard refresh on the browser and clearing your cache.
