Flame staff animation issues (with videos)

So I'm on Xbox NA and have the weird flame staff delay thing that happens when I'm in combat that causes all the animations to bug out or not go off at all. Thing is it's only with a flame staff, lightning staff animation with weaving is totally fine. Basically rules out the use of the flame staff for me, which sucks but you know life goes on! Anyway couple vids attached of the weave bugging out and the other working fine: (ignore the heavy attacks at the start!)

That was some high ping there. So yeah, the reason why you're getting the weird animations is because of your latency.

But it doesn’t occur out of combat and lightning weaving is totally fine, for the most part
