Powerful Assault is the BiS for heal in 4-6 mans content.

- One click of vigor every 10 seconds gives an injection of 400+ spell/weap power
- The SPC uptime is signifacntly higher (80-90% vs 60-65% on any regular heal)
- Additional HoT.

This set is underrated because several youtubers chose it to be offtank set, while there are several better sets for offtank right now.
With current amount of stamina DD's many times in 4-6 mans content theres no point in running worm. Mending damage mitigation is also questionable. For 99% of 4 mans content it won't even matter for high end team.

I once floated this idea of having a two five buff sets based on two different attributes -Spell Power Cure + Powerful Assault- to my guildies... and they promptly laughed.
Powerful Assault can perhaps be made effective by a stamina based healer (I've seen and ran with some in normal dungeons), perhaps it being paired with a stamina sustain set like Bone Pirate or Draugr Hulk *shrug* I don't know. Maybe also functioning as an off-healer. But if used for trials? Doubtful.

There's a stamden healer build that uses Powerful Assault.

I've got four bits sitting in my bank waiting for my Bosmer to finally hit 50...then she'll be acquiring a PA bow to complete her set.
