They did not make the change I really want:
Random Normal
Random Veteran
Random DLC Normal/Normal II
Random DLC Vet/Vet II

So the following:
Fungal Grotto 2
The Banished Cells 2
Spindleclutch 2
Wayrest Sewers 2
Darkshade Caverns 2
Elden Hollow 2
Crypt of Hearts 2
City of Ash 2
White-Gold Tower
Imperial City Prison
Cradle of Shadows
Ruins of Mazzatun
Falkreath Hold
Bloodroot Forge
will require a level of 45 to enter on Normal and CP 160 to enter on Veteran.
Perfectly reasonable to me, will stop the issue of poor level 14 newbies getting punted into ICP.
I agree, that's fine.rhapsodious wrote: »Finn said in chat that it only applies to version 2s and DLCs.

The thing I really don't like is no distinction at all from truly new low level players and high CP low levels characters absolutely able to run those places, knowing everything at heart, with some solid knowledge already of the game, it's really two entirely different worlds.
Recently I was leveling two new chars, I was glad to do randoms asap, getting all the quests done and the skill points, they could have made a bit of a distinction, two really different things treated as the same one.
The Banished Cells 2
Spindleclutch 2
Wayrest Sewers 2
Elden Hollow 2
All of those are easier than the #1s on Vet HM.
Yes, the first dungeons my alts did complete, as many others alts, were indeed the dlc ones since the screwed up way it is now putting all kind of levels 10 in dlc ones with high frequency and about those runs I have fond memories too as another user was saying, about explaining and giving tips with patience to get them though those places, some positive experiences with nice people truly new to the game, though I see the reason in your words, I really do. Overall may be preferable this way if the choice is this or that; it was nice though to run the randoms with low levels alts and I will miss that with my new alts.rhapsodious wrote: »I agree, that's fine.rhapsodious wrote: »Finn said in chat that it only applies to version 2s and DLCs.

Right, someone will always be left out when they make changes to a system - but overall, this is a good QOL change.
Like right now there's nothing stopping a CP800 person from being an absolute garbage player, it just drastically increases the chance that they're not garbage. Same for your opposite case - your level 14 could get through WGT, most likely, but I probably wouldn't take a level 14 off the streets of Mournhold with no other knowledge about them.
I'm totally fine if they included some kind of compromise where it looks at your CP level regardless of character level, but unfortunately, that's another layer of abstraction to add, meaning they likely won't bother. I always ran the public dungeon """group""" events for skill points, so at least you have options?
Any link?
vault of madness require 45 now,
the easiest vet dungeons 1 dungeons outside of banish cell should not require 160.
Main reason for death in vCoA1 is because of fall damage
However re balancing level requirements to current difficulty makes sense and something I have requested many times

Two days ago I did nIcp on my level 34 stamblade, gave a lot of tips, was lowest levelI appreciate the intent, and I understand the frustrations of players both old and new regarding this issue. I am a bit sad however, because some of my fondest memories in this game come from teaching low level / CP players the mechanics in some of the harder / DLC dungeons. The satisfaction of clearing them after hours of wiping, patience, teaching and trying will not be so readily available to a player like me. I don't know for me that's part of the joy of pugging. But again I understand most players want to run this content ASAP and these changes should remove some of the current barriers preventing that from happening.

WTF, is this for real? Do they realize this doesn't make any sense for low level alts with high CP??
A lot of us are just leveling alts who could solo those dungeons,
Link did not work but probably not your fault. Just hope they also reduced the requirements for other dungeons.NewBlacksmurf wrote: »Any link?
