In game pics of new stag mount

Anyone have any pics of The new mount? Zos crown store art is very misleading and if the Elk is just a flat black paint job like the lion senche or the regular black senche Ill pass on it.

Im at work and since I live out of town I cant just go home and test it to drive back in to buy a PSN card. I refuse to use credit cards for online payment.

It looks like someone painted the elk with black paint, antlers and all and put red glowing eyes on it.

I would rather if they brought back the original one. This one looks meh

Hopefully someone else will chime in with pictures, but I would say it is just a flat black.

Only seen a couple people use it in game, the textures look kinda poor and the eyes don't even glow (solid red).

If it looks like the crown store art work with darker accents to fur and nice shading on the Antlers than its sold. If it is simply a flat black from head to toe reskin like the doom wolf then thats just the type of lazyness I expext from Zos.

I think it is quite different from the original, personally, with the spiked antlers and the eyes and dark color.

But...that's just me.

The antlers are shinier than the fur.

I wanted this ever since it was shown in the datamined pics, but after seeing the price I had to pass. I would have payed 2000-2500 for it but no more. Only way the price for this could be justified is if it came with all three stats already maxed out on all characters.

In my game, the elk looks more like a solid black. It's nice, though. The details on the saddle are great. I didn't buy the first elk mount, so I really wanted this one.





The pony has derp-face, with its mouth hanging open. I wanted these two to display at my house, but I won't be buying any more of them. I don't know why the designer felt the need to give it that dumb open mouth. I suspect it's because they took the head model directly from the horse mount and shrunk it down, then stuck a different body on it with shorter legs, and re-did the mane and tail. (Mane and tail look great, though.) I hope we get a horse mount with this coloring, though. The painting job is wonderful, with gorgeous shading in the mane. I love the painting, it's just the mouth sculpt that I don't like.



It doesn't look quite as good from this side, because the mouth is more apparent.

Wow. Talk about false advertising. So glad I saw this post and didn't waste my money on it. Thanks for posting the pics. What got me was the glowing eyes. To have just red eyes is so disappointing.

After looking at other pics I'll pass. They just hit the black spray button like usual and took the lazy way out as expected.

At least add some color variance. I wouldn't pay 4 crowns never mind 4000.

Ps. Zos you guys need to do better than this. Using a 24 fear tactic to try and boost sales on a poorly executed mount is bush league. If you provide value people will line up to buy things.

How long is elk in the store for? Someone told me the pony is only up for 24 hours, of which I won't be able to get online in time to buy it.

I know you can buy it via the website crown store now, but I want to be able to preview things in game myself before passing judgement.

More than pictures, does anyone have a video? Gina wrote in the Crown Store forum sticky about this mount that it has a deeper voice than the original elk.

I'm not spending 4K crowns on the thing, but I'm hoping it won't have the ear-piercing shriek of the last one for me to listen to as I roam about the cities.

- a daedric one (mountable deadroth!)
- a version of the bear that is bright gold light (matching the Templar gold Aedric spear light.)
