What to do before ESO+ runs out on a brand new account

I played on and off until dark brotherhood came out on ps4 then quit. But I just got the game a few days ago for free on pc from a giveaway on reddit and it also came with 15 days of eso+, which I have about 11-12 days left on.
My question is, what should I absolutely try and get done before it runs out, as I won't be subscribing for a while most likely.
Take in mind this is a brand new account, only like level 7 so far.
Currently running thieves guild as I imagine that skill line will help with gold income, I also unlocked DB just for blade of woe.
Besides thieves guild, what should I get done before it runs out? I suppose get all the skyshards in TG and DB areas. I should get the ones in Wrothgar too, yeah?
Is there anything else I should get done? I don't think I'll have enough time to invest far into DB skills on top of thieves guild.

    Minimum:
Get the first Thieves Guild passive
Get the Blade of Woe and the first Dark Brotherhood passive

    Maximum:
Become the Hero of Wrothgar (For those badass costumes)
    Complete the Dark Brotherhood skilline
    Complete the Thieves Guild skilline

Nothing else I can think of really improves the experience of the base game.

If you have a house, finish decorating it before your item slots are halved. Even if you're "over" the limit when your sub expires all your items will remain... just don't pick up anything after that or you won't be able to put it down.

Oh and dye all your costumes!

Farm alot and fill that crafting bag, even low level mats sell well later. Just don't refine anything until you unlock 3/3 in the crafting refine passives

    ^^^ THIS
Also make sure you set up all 8 of your characters and do the min he suggests. They will keep keep the blade of woe and the passive that allows you to open thieves troves after. So do some research and decide what other characters you will want eventually. This will also allow you to train their mounts daily before you end up actually playing them, but you want those 2 passives on each character for sure.

I also suggest doing the quest line in wrothgar that gives you the recipes on each toon before you lose +. Once you know them they shouldn't take more than 30-40 min per brand new toon to do just those quests. And yes I have done it on level 3s in that time range, I used to farm those recipes then delete the character till I was out of deletes. It's a decent way to build up some gold, depending on what the legendary recipe now sells for.

In case the OP doesn't know, to get the recipe quests, you travel on the road directly north of Orsinium until you see that hammer symbol that means a crafting location is nearby. There is a wayshrine directly north of Orsinium, and the place you're looking for is a little ways north of that. There is a settlement there, and the quest-giver is a female orc in that settlement who is standing on a platform.

go inside DLC dungeons - don't need to actualy finish them, just zone in - to get discovery achievements. you get emote from horns of the reach and personality from shadows of hist.

finishing imperial city story/doing the centrata event at least once could be nice, as you get some nice dyes from it, but can also be difficult unless you already have a group to run you through both, as its in pvp zone and unless you are very VERY good, some parts of it simply cannot be soloed.
    dirty worthless casual.

Really, you should probably do all the Thieve's Guild and Dark Brotherhood quests, because you get a TON of skill points from them, in addition to some super nice passive skills like Clemency (TG) and Shadow Rider (DB). With both those DLCs, you get a skill point with every single quest from the main quest-lines. It would be worth it to subscribe for a month just to do those.

+ Dye any possible costumes/outfits/gear-sets now that you still can @ dye station (will stay applied after ESO+ runs out)
+ Fill your craft bag to the brim! (you'll be able to take items out, just can't put anything back in after ESO+ ends)
+ Visit Orsinium and Abah's Landing for a free pet (:
+ Join the Thieves Guild for the free Thieves Guild Leathers costume
+ Get Thieves guild's first passive to be able to open thieves troves
+ Visit the Gold Coast for a free Assassin Personality
+ Get the Dark Brotherhood's Blade of Woe
+ Walk into either of the Shadows of the Hist dungeons for the free Heroic Personality (no need to complete dungeon)
+ Walk into either of the Horns of the Reach dungeons for the free /bullhorns emote (no need to complete the dungeon)
+ Level up as much as you can since you've got increased XP gain while ESO+ is active

If you've got the time and patience:
+ finishing the first DB quest will get you the Shrouded Armor
+ getting the Litany of Blood (DB) achievement will unlock the Cadaverous Assassin polymorph
+ finishing the DB quest-line will get you an awesome Black Hand Robe costume
+ finishing the TG quest-line will get you an equally awesome Merchant Lord's Formal Regalia costume
+ becoming the Hero of Wrothgar will get you three amazing (!) costumes
+ finishing Wrothgar's main quest-line will get you a fourth cool costume (and a cool mask, along the way)
+ levelling up to CP rank 160 will get you several costumes at the CP 20/60/100/160 thresholds

You probably got some of the above already, this is just everything I could think of. :)
EDIT: and as others mentioned already there's a HotR emote (added to make the list more complete :P)

If you are into furnishings make sure you nab the achievement furnishings from the zones. That though requires extensive questing and you might not have enough time?
