Now that this build is no longer viable, I've decided that it's time to bring it to light. I spent weeks holed up in my apartment, studying up on the top theorycrafters' methods. Finally, having experienced failure time after time, I came up with this ultimate masterpiece. Some said it was too OP. Some said it exploited the meta to a never-before-seen degree. Some said that one man shouldn't hold so much power. All I know is, it felt good.

Lol, it's not viable because of the siphoning attacks nerf and cp sustain changes. It was hard enough to use before, but nearly impossible now. You immediately run out of magicka, which is a problem when you also have the ability to get one shot by literally anyone.Edited by Zendran on October 12, 2017 2:51PM1 -
