There aren't any newly planned gold recipes this patch ... new ones available on the Horns of the Reach patch are already on Live.
As for the new offerings for Adhazabi Aba-Daro the Golden, those are working as intended on PTS ... and should carry over to Live when Clockwork City drops. Do a search in the forums and you'll find last weekend's jewelry that was available.1 -
