Homepage Shop completly Broken on Firefox and IE

Just went onto the shop via homepage, and it keeps reloading the page over and over again, addig "$" dollarsigns to the adress and then reloads the page.
In the short glimpses between the reloads you can see an Error 404.
this problem occurs on IE and Firefox on Win10
