Nightblade solo healing on a stam build

So I've been theorycrafting a build, and I've always had the same trouble with stamNB, and that's healing. Let's say I have 3 siphoning abilities on the back bar, which increases healing done by 9%. Should I replace the main healing ability "swallow soul" with degeneration, or should I try pvp to get resolving vigor? Or should I stay with the 3 siphoning abilities?

    Trollking is probs one of the best soloutions for receiving good self-heal on stamblade :/

    All stam classes need vigor. Slot a bow, go into pvp, and follow your Zerg around for a few hours. It only takes around 65k AP to unlock vigor.

    Swallow Soul is an unreliable heal for a stamina build.

    Your heals should be:
    - resolving vigor, that's your main, most reliable heal; there's really no way around it
    - leeching strikes, mostly to keep you topped off
    - killer's blade, when killing an enemy
    - soul tether, an ultimate, more like an emergency heal when taking a lot of damage, it also stuns the enemies

    I would use a bar setup like this for 2W, if I don't want to use weapon power potions:
    Killer's Blade | Surprise Attack | Power Extraction | Deadly Cloak | Camouflage Hunter | Flawless Dawnbreaker
    Poison Injection | Endless Hail | Resolving Vigor | Relentless Focus | Leeching Strikes | Ballista or Soul Tether

    Rotation should be something like:
    Buff: Leeching Strikes->Relentless focus->Deadly Cloak->Power Extraction->bar swap
    Poison Injection->LA->Endless Hail->LA->Bar Swap->HA->Surprise Attack (x3)->LA->Deadly Cloak->bar swap->Assassin's Scourge*->Relentless Focus [repeat, refresh Power Extraction and Leeching Strikes every 2nd rotation]
    Execute: LA->Surprise Attack->LA->Killer's Blade (x3)->LA->Deadly Cloak on front bar, back bar remains the same.

    The light and heavy attack weaving will keep you healed from Leeching Strikes, and load Assasin's Scourge on back bar so you can proc it. You only need to hit vigor if your health drops and you are anticipating high incoming damage. Deadly Cloak adds a DoT and a lot of AoE mitigation, meaning you'll need less heals overall.

    This is the setup I use in vMA trash rounds, for boss rounds setup is slightly different, since I rely on weapon power potions and more DPS skills so it's certainly viable.

    Slotting Rend as an ultimate instead of Dawnbreaker is also an option.
