Bug Report - new skin hides vampirism

Sorry for double post, but Customer Support told me to put this here.

Previewed the new skin and I still had Vamp showing. Pasty face but bright arms. Bought it, applied it, and face has gone totally black. Same stage vampirism etc

Real disappointment, looks daft and just so different to preview.

I'm glad I knew about this before I previewed it in the crown store. I, too, like the preview skin on my vamp but don't like the purchased skin. I, therefore, will not buy it.

Is your problem that the face has gone totally black except for the red eyes and a tiny area around the eyes? As shown in the picture of a stage 4 vampire in this thread: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/372493/new-skin

That is apparently how its intended to look, as it looks that way on my non-vampire Breton and my non-vampire Dunmer.

The thread linked above also has pictures of how the preview skin looks for vampires for comparison.

So to clarify from other threads, the problem seems to be that the skin previews differently for vampires, but when bought and applied it looks exactly how it is intended to look on all player characters. Is that the case?

That's the case @VaranisArano preview looks vampy, but reality is you get same as non vamps.

So people wanting to hide vamp will be happy. I'm not as toon looks stupid, and the cool part of the skin is hidden by armour all I get is a black face!

But the bug is that you preview one thing, and get another = refund under most regulations. Guess ill take a look on my alts
