PVP CWC make hybrids grate again.

I am at work and I am very busy. so I decided to write this idea on paper ( yeh I know right,....). I don't have paper. but I have this forum... Hybrid SNB argonian nightblade.
sets include 5x axiom 3x willpower and 3 x agility.
5 axiom on body.
2 willpower rings and 1 sword back bar and front bar
1 agility neck and 1 shield(front and back) and 1 shoulders...
1 monster set recovery for stam or mag... which ever you want.
mag and stam recovery food.
and put some attribute points in health.
5x heavy 1 light 1 med.
main dmg is surprise attack. incap. and killers blade for execute. ambush for gap closer. fear for CC.
main heal is healing offering + swallow soul + and leeching or siphoning attacks. maybe healing patho. SNB ult to survive crazy bursts.
utility skill include shuffle for snare and root removal. and shade for ninja skillz.

EdTerra✭✭✭hm, IMO hybrid's NB playstyle should be about stam pool+mobility as magicka or sustain magicka "tools(ex : cloak)" for stamblades (and that's why bonepirates+shackle is really strong for stam imo)
I think using hybrid's mechanics for damage would be a lost of time, just look at you'r soul tether tooltip and DB tooltip, they are pretty close but in fact the damage are really different.
I did some test on dummie with heavy armor, my soul tether did 10k more damage than my DB (with 30 cp into physique damage for crit passive), why the difference was so huge ? penetration and crit bonus.
I think the build you have in mind would be nice in theory, but I'm pretty sure it will be a low damage/sutain stamblade (80% of you'r damage) build[EU] AD - Erdril v16 N(oo)B | AR40
