Suggestion for Asylum Bow - Change to Shock Damage

My suggestion for this Set Bonus would be to have it function in a similar way the 2H Masters Greatsword buffs Cleave. But to be a bit different.

Asylum Bow:
Electrostatic Barrage:
Arrow Spray now fires a burst of charged bolts, when these hit an enemy they become primed for [z] seconds, up to [x] times. A primed enemy who takes Melee Damage or exceeds the prime limit will short-circuit, taking [x]*[y] Shock Damage.

That would make it bad, poison, disease, or bleed would work much better since cp boosts them.

Neat idea, I don't think anyone would take this over either of the other options though.

Not really. While Poison, Disease, and physical all get boosted by CP, it would not be hard to scale the shock damage accordingly to take into account that it cannot be boosted from CP.

They just need to make the buff gained effect multiple Snipes, Scatter Shots, or Poison Arrows cast during the 5s window instead of only buffing the next cast. This would only bring it up to par with masters bow though, it needs something different if they want it to be better.
