That is NOT a answer..

People already know about the drop rate for the ones that are guaranteed to drop... what people are asking for is the % on the vet dungeons AFTER you have obtained the days guaranteed crystals..

The fact they keep saying "chance" and acting like that's a real answer is worrying as it means in true zos fashion that the drop chance on the crystals after the small amount you can guarantee each day is abysmal...

Yes you can get some each day at 100% drop rate... BUT what is the "chance" of it on vets AFTER that.. They keep saying "chance" like its a number or a %..

AKA get ready for a grind.

What a coincidence.. Its broken.. AND they wont say any %'s or maths about the drop table to explain a rate in which they can drop.

Aetheric Cipher was "broken" at some point in testing as well. They said "dont worry the drop rate will go up". They said they fixed it and it appeared to go from impossible to virtually impossible.. They are still 1M+ on PC lol..

Someone already did the maths. If you get 1 crystal per run on vet and can do a vet every 30 mins it will take 20 hours PER item and thats not including ALL the items you will want to use it on. 1 hour a run is 40 hours and this is not including the grouping issues, pug pain, breaks and queues...

Now ad "chance". If its 50% DOUBLE above and its 40-80 hours in dungeon farming + for a single item. 25% and so on you get the point.

I dont care as much for the grind BUT I do care that zos has a habbit of just NOT talking to its players and conveniently having things broken so they cant be tested or talked about..

this, the drop rate on PTS is probably not the same as the drop rate will be then later on live servers

Kind of like how almost everybody for the one and only PTS cycle that had Crown Crates available got a storm atronach mount?

Guess the extra random vet dungeon might drop like the xp bonus goes down.
Drop chance from last boss is likely low.
Same for reward for the worthy.

I think the guarantee drop stays, the random will be adjusted. However not the crystal(s), you get en geode who might contain multiple however I suspect this is only trials and leaderboards.

You can do pledges and random dungeons on multiple characters.

Think you can get some negative effects of the reward policy, first lots of players who should stay in normal dungeons will now do veteran. Probably some who should learned to play before doing normal too.
Secondary lots will queue for random dungeon and drop out if dungeon is hard / group is weak.

Yes they want more people to run vet dungeons, they also don't want CoA1 and fungal 1 farming
