Undaunted - This One's On Me Wont Complete Achievement

Here’s the details and the problem.
1. I’m trying to complete the Undaunted Achievement “This one’s on me”, it requires that you buy a bunch of different people drinks in various locations.
2. A couple of day ago I finished the last of the drinks I needed to buy, but the achievement didn’t show up and I didn’t get the extra xp, plus I had a 2x bonus on to get more to reach a higher leve.
3. I looked at the achievement and noticed that it was still showing that the Rivenspire NPC had not been bought a dring.
4. I went back to the Inn in Stormhold and approached Brulu Bloodletter, who was the person I needed and he showed as the drink had already been purchased for him by me and gave me the following.
I had a bet with Abzag, here. He wagered you wouldn’t cough up the coin for the drink. If you didn’t I was going to kill you etc
5. So he’s saying that I’ve already bought him the drink, so I can get the final one to get the Undaunted XP etc.
6. I tried another one of my players, and went there and he accepted the drink, but I need it on the player named Fs Armor, as all my others are max Undaunted.
Please let me know how to clear this achievement and get awarded the extra undaunted xp

ESO Support replied to my ticket and suggested that I post it here. It's only on my Player Fs Armor, I tried the same location on another of my players and that one did show as complete when I looked at the log. So it does not appear to be across the board. I could care less about the achievement, what I want is the Undaunted XP plus I put a 2x boot on right b4 I tried to complete the last of the 12 or so drinks I needed to buy so lost that as well. so their answer is as follows.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as it stands I can see you are still in the processing on the achievement and we can't grant achievements. You can Bug Report on this issue here:

✭It sounds like they need to escalate it to a tier2 rep to reset that npc dialog flag for you or however else they need to fix it. If that doesn't fix it or is impossible, they may have to patch it to reset everyone's flag for that npc or grant everyone the achievement. I would bet somebody there can grant the achievement. They just say they can't to avoid doing it for too many people or encouraging people conning them into granting them stuff they didn't earn. Typical corporate speak.0 -

1) Tier2, or whatever rank, are fewer in number and busy and they're told to try to "de-escalate" people to avoid passing it up the chain. They get graded on "solving issues" like any other troubleshooting rep, even if they don't actually solve it.
I recommend giving a less than ideal rating on the survey they eventually email you.
2) The devs do look at the forum for bugs they can fix or ideas, but the main reason they tell you to go here is to find players with the same issue or hope that someone will suggest something as a player that will work. Often, they suggest you go here because they misunderstand your problem and think you're just asking for a handout achievement without a real issue.
I've had many a support rep for this game fail to read my replies to them and give me the canned "if this is about a missing item, we will not grant it" copy/paste response again. Their support sucks. You have to keep replying in the email to get help from somebody who actually knows what they are doing or at least can read and understand the previous updates. It's the same at the call center I work for. I'm always fixing mistakes and misinformation from previous reps.0 -
