Did they truly fixed Befault CP?

I am on PS4 , and i read the pc patch notes that they fixed this cp to no longer increase the healing recieved bonuses , HOWEVER it also affect the self inflicted defiles such as Piratr Skeleton monster set , with 50% in Brfault you increase the minor defile from pirate skeleton to 22% from 15%. Can you guys check if this is still the case , or ZOS actualy did their work good this time ?

Yes this is still broken. Has been for 1+ years. They won't admit to that, but do the research, it has been reported for that long, they did say it was not intended, and then never fixed it.

Healing received fixed.

Self inflicted defile still broken, for over a year.
