Account upgrades not working in EU server.

I started playing on NA. Today I decided to try EU. My DLC works there, but NONE of my account upgrades do. Imperial race, mounts & cosmetics, even character slots are missing. These are account-wide upgrades, so something's definitely wrong.

SilentRaven1972✭✭✭✭Those things don't carry over, afaik. I have 2 characters on EU, but only my ESO plus, Morrowind and any race/faction carried over. No mounts, cosmetics (except the morrowind one) or anything. It's like starting from scratch. On the plus side, crowns are shared between servers. ✭✭✭✭I put in a support ticket and heard back from them today. Those things do indeed not carry over. Seems a little incompetent considering the games that are far, far older and manage to make account-wide things carry over to other servers, but whatevs.0 -
Saturnana✭✭✭✭✭You'd think account-wide actually meant account-wide, and not server-wide.. but alas, that is not how it seems to work.
Ran in the same problem as you and as far as I know, there's nothing to be done about it unfortunately.
(But hey, look on the bright side! You'll be able to get a totally fresh start on new characters.

✭✭✭✭Yep, I will try playing just the one without any of the perks I bought to make playing easier and see if I like it. I have to wonder, though, if they think that people are going to be willing to buy the same upgrades twice, or if they just didn't foresee people wanting to play on more than one server (in this world where we can have friends all over the globe because of the internet). Just kind of weird. I'm definitely not interested in spending money on the same thing more than once, ZOS, just so you know.0
