[PC/NA] Torug's Pact is not buffing Poison Damage Glyphs

Hi guys, pretty quick and simple bug report here. I've tested this on multiple characters, and currently the Torug's Pact set does not increase the damage of poison damage enchantments by 30%. I've confirmed that this isn't just a tooltip error, as the damage output is also lower on both the game's internal combat cloud, and on the combat log addon Combat Metrics.
So far I haven't been able to tell whether the cooldown is affected or not as well.
