Did someone say delete WGT? Ok, this gave me an idea. How about deleting bad players? Let's say the worst 5% players every month that is calculated based on dps vs. dungeon and raid bosses.
Obviously, healers and tanks are not affected by this, only damage dealers.

Most importantly,
- this only applies to players that enter dungeons and raids, so the casual overland player is not affected,
- this only applies to players over CP300, so new players (and I think we are being generous here) are not affected.
So what happens to the tourist that just wants to experience the story of a dungeon or raid without contributing in any meaningful way? There should be an option for the party leader to mark a player as "tourist," which allows this player to be exempt from any dps obligations, thus protecting them from deletion based on the run.

So, eventually we have a bunch of tanks and at least half of them bad with only the top 10-20% of the DPS remaining. So, if you cannot pull, maybe, 35k DPS on a test dummy you are outa here. May take a few months but it will be coming.
OP is might just be a tank or healer and does not want to worry about being cut.
Really seems short sighted. Granted, OP is probably not serious, but still, an absurd idea to post.

It sounds absurd. But think about it. We are talking CP300+ damage dealers, who couldn't be bothered to l2p in the probably 300+ random dungeons that you can run before reaching this CP level. While they are ruining 3 other players' experience. So I get it, I might sound evil on the surface but is this really that unreasonable?
Well, that actually gave me an idea. Not deletion, but a ranking system that allows you to give marks to players at the end of the dungeon, 1-5 stars. Queue positioning should be based on rating so a player with good rating gets to be picked before one with bad one. Over time people who have a bad attitude and/or bad play style and don't want to improve will get picked less often in random groups.
I wouldn't mind that either, if open-minded, innovative thinkers are not affected.

Part of life and being social is sometimes dealing with difficult people in frustrating situations at varying frequencies. Don't know when some of you are finally going to realize this.

I'm afraid you have a somewhat distorted or strange concept of "open mind", of "innovation" and probably of "think"... too.
and... HINT : there are GUILDS that do just what you want : kick low DPS players. Or better said, pre-select good players. That's OK because that's in their philosophy and goals. Just join them
