Quick question about the "Purchase" tab in housing editor

Are there certain items in the purchase tab that you can not find in game? I've been looking for the certain furnishings and I can't find them anywhere. Which leads me to believe Zanimax put certain items in the purchase tab of home editor to only be obtained with crowns. Is this True?
