Running while sneaking issue

Multiple characters I have on Xbox one are having issues running while sneaking. They are always in stage 4 vampire and yes the passive darkstalker is enabled. I have submitted multiple tickets and customer service keeps telling me that they have turned it over to developers and to post in this forum. Please fix the issues
