Mouse does not work

Hello.
On September 11 or 12 a patch came out. After I continued to play the game completely stopped working properly with my mouse. Model Logitech MX-Revolution, Previously, everything worked fine (almost). Some of the side buttons the game saw itself, and I assigned some other buttons through the program "Setpoint" . (to could game understand it, I assigned "8,9,0" keys to these buttons).
But now launching the ESO game sees only the mouse wheel, the left and right keys and that's it! What would the buttons have earned I have to remove the mouse and all drivers from the Windows Device Manager and put it again. And only after that the game sees the mouse and the assigned buttons.
But! History repeats itself when I start the game the next day.
Is it really so hard to set up the program so that she can see multi-button mice ?! Or problem in other things?

(I have last drivers and version of Setpoint programm from Logitech site)
(Mouse properly work in other games on my PC)

Go to usersettings.ini and try to change mouse raw input to 1 or 0

I don't understand why game sees mouse buttons only if I delete it in device manager and setup again? And why it happen on next day.

Setpoint is consistently problematic. Over the years I used the mouse you have, along with the MX5500 it would frequently impair communication with games. Sometimes after updates, sometimes for no discernable reason. I ended up going into the startup config and stopping it from launching on boot up. You lose some of the advanced config this way, but will have a working mouse, and it's easier than removing it from the device manager over and over.

I abandoned it completely some time ago, there are far better gaming mice out there, and wired will generally give better performance than wirelesss.

If your using a Wireless Mouse, first thing to do is change the batteries.

Second thing to do is get a wired mouse, and a wired keyboard if you don't already have it.

As for what mouse to get, find one that fits your hand and has the button count you want. Some are "MMO" Mice and have several buttons on them, some just have a few buttons.

And, I agree about the Mouse or Keyboard software, unless you need a specific part of the program, don't let them load with Windows.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

There is no problem with signal or charge my mouse. It works perfect in WOW, War Thunder, some FPS game, some apps like Autodesk Sketchup Pro, ArchiCad e.t.c. And MX Rev mouse is great itself. But I'm agree with you. I remove Setpoint from autostart and looking for game mouse (just for gaming).
