Rolis Hlaalu - Master Writs - Hairstyle?

So I snatched up the character name Rolis Hlaalu a month or two back.
He's not a 100% look a like and probably never will be.
However, I'd like to get them as close as possible.
Anyone know what hairstyle the NPC Rolis Hlaalu has?
Any idea if it is obtainable for players?
My character is on the left and the NPC is on the right.
I'm wearing a default hairstyle from character creation called "Center-Part Long" I believe.
It comes close... but its just not quite right.
