As Eso has seen ups and downs on a good point, it has brought us together in real friendships. Thier is not much we can do in the game to help besides donating XP pots to trusted sources and giving them gold.
ESO Streamers : Twitch/Youtube ( Adults) If you can possibly hold a charity event to help those in need that would be most appreciated.
