A new class for Necromancer would be awesome in an upcoming DLC. Tbh I would love to see another DLC which adds 2-3 more classes. Really spice up PvP with more options
Damage: Spooky scary skeletons/ghosts yo.
Debuff/damage: The purple blast stuff.
CCs and survivability. The corrupted vines/briarheart and crows hagravens and reachmages throw out.
Playstyle would be sit back and let debuffs/summons do the work or take damage. Something like the totem some reach people summon that directs focus. Would be a unique way of tanking too.
Bonus points if they combine corruption+purple stuff and change warden to a tree bark based frost tree and give necro the ice it always deserved.

I would like to see kits that allow a class to be modified. For example a kit like "necromancer" would be open to all classes but would come at a sacrifice of one of the classes existing lines. Say with sorcerer it might force them to drop their Daedric Summoning line, Nightblade would drop Shadow, maybe the kit would only be open to those two... and other future kits would of course exclude other classes fairly to generate balance.
That would allow for diversity in play styles for existing classes without making that diversity exclusive to only one class per kit. It would also add a compromise to the decision making so everything isn't always a "progression ladder", but enables lateral change. It would probably alleviate some of the "I hate my class" complaints, and would allow people who like to stick with their main to experience some diversity in how they play.
GW2 did something like that but its wasn't as good. They made classes that were exclusive to only one class, and gave access to a new weapon type. ESO has the potential to use their superior class system to really do justice. The idea I think is more reflective of old table top games.
"By many i am seen as hero...as a savior of the Tamriel i will not stop until every Daedra every evil there is in Tamriel is vanquish by my hands..
However i do this for my own purpose to gain trust of mortals to worship me and to eliminate my competition i will not bend my knee to lead your army to serve you Molag Bal , i will simply just take it from you.."--- Forsaken Sin( Magica Sorc)
Arise From DarknessForsaken SIn "You have been a loyal High Elf Magica Sorc
Conjure of Darkness, Master of Magic
Killer of Molag Bal and Savior of Ebonheart Pact
Until Dark Brotherhood killed you...
but now..NOW its time to Arise From Darkness once again..."
Necromancy would be awesome, but you basically would be going against quite a few main quests, considering so many enemies you face in the quests use necromancy in some form.
Or you could just role play and pretend that you are just eliminating competition...
While you are at that, stir things up... Play a Redguard Necromancer. Have your entire race hate you...

No please, no more Frankenstein classes. I have enough with Warden.
Besides, Necros are the children on Mannimarco, one of the baddies here.
Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly
I was born with the wrong sign

With the wrong ascendancy
I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
