Will Transmutation Move You Forward?

This poll is primarily directed to players who have no current involvement in vet trials or the endgame pve community in general. Do you think that the significant cut into the "bis" grind coming with the trait changing of CWC will encourage you to spend more time improving other performance aspects and engaging in the more difficult content the game offers?

No. I like the grind reduction, but do not plan to advance to harder content for a different reason.

For me gear is not the problem of trials. I would play them if we had group forming tool, like the one we have for group dungeons.

Will do more veteran dungeons for sure, currently im pretty stuck in nWGT.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Your phrasing is amusing. Ok, I'll insult myself: I do not plan to advance because of trait transmutation. Or for any other reason.

Choreographed group gameplay is dull. High-intensity choreographed group gameplay is dullness wrapped in unpleasantness. There is no reward that will make the uninteresting interesting, and no gear I will ever want that much.

But I'm happy for anybody whose grind will suck less now.

Would progress me vs being told get bis and left out of trials. Not gonna lie i grinded with the best of em i have nothing to show for bis traits never got that sharpened staff of IA never got those tfs daggers sharp or ever sprig daggers never dropped not even in bad traits im just done the she horrible luck of rng has left me about to quit its not fun its not even a game with that much work.. i come home from work to play not grind harder than i work in a day. Top ot off with never once being blessed by rng hell i cant even refine a tempering alloy 2800 ore not even a grain solvent seriously!? Cant get the gear by association cant get a good trait to sell to get the gold to get upgrade mats cant farm the mats its a circle jerk of being forced into mediocre traits and gear and content...

I welcome retraiting with more vigor than anything this game has ovlffered yet to this day

How do you know if its going to reduce the grind?

We don't know the details of the material required to change a trait... for all we know it could take 100 vet dungeon runs to acquire!

Until more information is released polls like this are just 100% guess work tbh, but I suppose you can say what you hope it to be... but again... we're all just guessing.

"Other" is there if you actually don't like the phrasing. It's not fun for everyone, I know, in the same way that Cyrodiil Horse Simulator isn't fun for me but is fun for many others. This is really just to gauge how many people consider the awful gear grind to be the only thing keeping them away because, honestly, the raiding community has been in dire straits since Morrowind and needs new blood.

I am going make more 4 more healer builds and 2 more tank builds with a lot less stress. While also having room to enjoy game again in quests and such.

Holding on good faith that Crystals aren't a worst grind.

For me the issue is finding a group to do the vet version of every dungeon (excluding DLC ones). It's have been a long time since I have done the pledges because I do not find people to do them in zone chat or guildies.

You don't have to direct this poll to non-endgame players . You must see how many players in end game community still runs without vMA staff because they can't get a decent trait . This is an incredible change for everyone in this game , endgame or not .

My main is a MDK, people don't like to call MDK to get some fun, so my guess is i don't know whats gonna happen... i fear that less grind means less people around, less occasional meetings, less virtual friends, less purpose, less people playing...

I might actually do vMSA more than the 3 times I've beaten it if I am only waiting for the right weapon and not the right weapon + trait.

I agree on the crystals. I sincerely hope they don't make it only drop with a 1% chance on the final boss, and they are not BoP.

I expect that if I run 10 veteran dungeons I should have at least a few of these crystals by the end of it.
