This post is where I'll note issues discovered in my on-going adventures on Nirn. Happy to provide as much reference as desired @zenimax_nagahashi , just let me know if/where you need it.

1. Mundus Stones

Current State:

GIVEN player has mundus stone X active
WHEN player attempts to access mundus stone X
THEN there is no interaction response

UI/UX Consistency Suggestion:

GIVEN player has mundus stone X active
WHEN player attempts to access mundus stone X
THEN present advisory of what stone offers
AND present standard "e" for accept
BUT disable "e" for accept
AND add status line, "Currently active"

Presently, if a player has a specific mundus stone on and tried to access that mundus stone again, there is no response; this can lead to confusion on whether or not stone is broken, but also constrains player from seeing affect on the stone (consistency issue with mundus stone interactions).
