Are Redguards broken ?

My Question is "Are Redguards broken ????". Before I say anything, I am not trying to sound racist by any means nor am I implying anything, but, this issue needs addressing. I noticed something wrong with my Redguard toon. Which is considered "The black race" in eso. Either it's a bug and/or corrupted anything or maybe just designed this way not sure, IDK. Here is a list of things I noticed:

1) For some reason when ever I log onto my Redguard toon I noticed that when I kill something it 100% don't show exp gain, gold gained, items gained etc. etc. Or when I open chests/ open crates etc. etc. As another example when I pick flowers it's does not show anything (that little box right hand lower corner) that It was added to my inventory. But when I log onto my other toons this all works 100%, why is it only when I use the Redguard this happens.

2) For some reason I noticed that Redguards level very AlOT slower and/or very very turtle speed then my other toons. Got to level 30 on Redguard most skills are still level 1 no more then 3 first stage. However when I log onto my other toons by level 30 I got plenty of skills fully maxed out. It seems like the progress bars 100% never move. With no numbers to let me know there is progress being made it's hard to tell if I am right or not. Not only that I noticed that it never shows on the screen that levels are happening, then when it shows skill at level 3 then when I check it it's still on level one. this does not happen when I am on my other toons, just Redguard ( exp= I hit level 3 4 times now on my one hand sword and it's still level one).

3) No matter what Weapon I have/use with proper skill slotted it seems like they don't even level on Redguard. Works fine on my other toons except duel wield which level slower.

4) It seems like no matter which attributes, champ points and mundus stones I equip on Redguard they have 100% no effect, but, seems fine on my other toons.

These are just some of the things I noticed when I play on my Redguard toon compared to my other toons. Now I tried the /reloadui and the /camp command as directed from the ticket I made for this issue, didn't work. I also shut down completely for 1 hour as directed, didn't work and finally I used the repair function on the launcher, but, it seems like no matter what I do nothing fixes this. So is this supposed to be normal or is this a bug, not sure. Your support on this game and/or support tab seems to never ever fix the issue, just saying. Something needs a fix and/or needs to be looked into. i use PC ONLY and my specs are not needed in this post, so I ain't posting it. So some answers are needed here and/or am I missing something, not sure.

Sorry no trolls welcome or unintelligent folks can reply here, looking for a serious answer to this issue.

Most your points above are just 100% incorrect

They don't level slower than the rest. Neither do any skills. Dual wield doesn't level slower than other weapons.

You more than likely are doing content which grants less XP and even possible not slotting weapon skills on your bars. Skill lines (for the most part) only gain experience when you get XP with armor/item slotted and skill from said skill line on that bar you're on when you earn XP.

As far as xp/loot not showing up, do you have different ui setting fro that too? If it's not that, then yes, it's a bug.

Yeah, man, Redguards are broken. They should just be taken out from the game completely.. Argonians too..
