Still having some old V12-V14 Master weapons farmed back in the day when V12-V14 was the max level. Would it be nice to have an option for upgrading those weapons to V16?
Now that retraiting is on the corner i think this is something ZOS should look at.

I don't think we'll see anything like this until gear cap is raised. And even then it would probably only be for gear at current cap.
