Yes for crowns

While I don't regret buying anything, there are some things I wouldn't mind returning for a 1-1 refund.

Then there's things I got from a few Crown Crates I broke down and bought that I don't want like a Nix Hound, or an ugly metal bear and horse mounts.

I'd love being able to return crown crate drops I don#t care for and use the gams to get ones I do.

But since it'd defeat the whole crown crate gamble in the first place... I can't really see it ever happening...

I would love to exchange Ratter cat, Werewolf lord polymorph and Pride King lion for same amount of crowns they costed me.

Yes, for either. I don't really care. I just hate these stupid Dwarven mounts that I never use.

They should make it so you can trade one of those mounts for a previous crate mount.

I voted "gems" just because there's no way they'd ever consider giving people their crowns back for old items, since crowns are bought with real money. Not going to happen in a million years.

I just wish we could trade in the crown crate collectibles we don't want. It would be the same as if you already had it, but you don't actually have to already have it. I keep getting damned dresses and crap from the crates... I'm literally never going to use that, and I'd rather not have it cluttering up my collectibles. Just let me scrap it for gems like the duplicates and trash items.

I voted for crowns even though its a pipe dreams, but heck I would trade it for another item, or gems or anything. bought those bugshell robes that looked pretty cool in preview. except. they dye like crap. you think "Buoyant gentility" outfit dyes badly? its nothing compared to bugshell robes that not only barely take colors, but they also don't fully dye.. which means a lot of colors clash anyways, even if you manage to get them to show up anywhere near the color of their preview
