Significant latency (lag) issues in vet Hel Ra Citadel on XBox One console (NA megaserver)

I had heard grumblings about latency issues rearing their heads in trials, but it was all secondhand information. Tonight I was in a group of guild members that was running vet Hel Ra Citadel for the first time since the Horns of the Reach update and experienced the latency problems myself.

FIrst, to be clear, this group of players has cleared vHRC many, many times. This should have been a cake walk. Instead, to our dismay, we discovered significant latency. All players experienced the following: 1) Bar swaps not occurring, 2) abilities/attacks not firing off, 3) inability to run rotations (due to 1&2), 4) telegraphs appearing late, 5) healers unable to cast at appropriate times (which, when coupled with abilities not firing for other players, led to loss of vitality bonus). 6) in the upstairs fight -- abilities with interrupt mechanics were not registering, leading to much button mashing and even then the interrupts were registering approximately 2-3 seconds late, even when using a bash/interrupt attack, and 6) main tank died during final boss fight due to various combinations of the previous stuff.

In short, it was not a pleasant experience. Given that trials were only fixed on consoles earlier this year, it is unsatisfactory to have to deal with a new set of problems that make the trials less fun to run. Sure, dealing with significant latency isn't as bad as having half the group disconnected at any given time, but...it's not a good thing. At all.

I am hopeful that by bringing this issue to Zenimax's attention as quickly as possible that you will investigate the matter promptly. Given the checkered history the console community has had with trials (having suffered extended periods of time when they were, for all intents and purposes, unplayable, can we get a notion of whether this is something we can expect to have addressed immediately?
