Halloween 2017 leaks?

So we have been playing around with ideas for the next Halloween until a friend mentioned leaks and linked this website:

Can anyone translate? Where do they have their sources from? And are these pictures legit or just edited/old ideas ZoS had?
Basically whats up with this website?

I couldnt find anything on this forum or google about the next Halloween, so it got me wondering

Pretty much what Nerouyn said. That site has released datamined info before and we've seen most of what they've datamined previously as released content. So with this new group of datamined pics, we can expect to see a lot of them in the game eventually, but not necessarily everything. ZOS might even wait another whole year to release some of it.

The pics are definitely not fake, judging from what that site has posted before.

I'm personally excited about that witch knight charger and shadowghost horses, and the ponies. There can never be too many horses. That shadowghost guar is also insanely cute.

I bet it will. It's 100% free for them to re-release it, so it's all profit at this point.
It's the one horse I really don't want. *Shudder* That's a compliment to the artist, though, because it's so awesomely detailed. It really looks like a rotting corpse.

I missed the event last year due to computer problems. And I've only ever seen one person ever use it in game. It looked great. And I have just the character to use it for.

It would be pretty amazing to see a big group of zombies charging toward you in Cyrodiil. We could have zombie apocalypse zergs.

It would be stupid not to, especially now with game of thrones being so hot. I would very much like to cosplay as a white walker, so I'm 100% buying it after avoiding the crap for 2 years in a row...

Does anyone know how to open these files? I dont seem to be able to with the standard GTA modding tools that let me open every closed file like these

EDIT: And thank you for all the quick responses! I look forward to seeing the items, I will probably throw all my money on zenimax if the masks come out

It leaves a trail of withered, corrupted hoof-marks in its wake, too! Have it on console and it's awesome--now that I'm back on PC I MUST HAVE.

That and the blood-forged skin around which I've built an entire toon.

I think the Witches Festival event for this Halloween would be 50/50 half crown store and half crown crates.

We had khajiit tail turf and argonian tail spiked on Morrowind PTS still not out.

I have a murderous clown I intend to use the zombie horse with. He tells the same jokes so many times it's Beating-a-Dead-Horse.

...that will be the horses name.

I mean even different types of animals are just reskin new frames.. lol ever wonder why the bear runs so funny?
