Aside from the fact about 80% of the population doesn't even understand how "status" effects really work, this was a poor decision.
Concussed isn't like Burning where a damage boost is immediate, nor like Chilled which is some sort of stun rotation.
For me ..
First you get someone "Concussed", then you need a second ability to get "Off Balance"- and then thirdly you need to land a strike while they are off balance to get any benefit from Concussed. Trying to hit a moving target in PvP with a 3 skill combo is hard enough in 6 seconds, but now 4?
I hardly get why your messing with this.... other than the weird desire it seems to get everyone to play the exact same way.
