Adornments and facial accessory questions

I don't know if the things I want to know have been addressed before, but if they have, please feel free to point me to the information. Anyway.....
As things are now, when you choose your character's hair color, that determines the color of their adornment if you choose to have one. Pretty much what I've seen is the darker the hair, the darker the adornment. Why is it not possible to have a light silver forehead adornment on my black haired/brown haired/red haired character. They are pretty much all stuck with a darker silver, copper or bronze color. I'm not asking for the ability to dye adornments. I think that would be pushing it. What I am wondering is this.....Would it be possible to be given the ability to choose the color of the adornment from the already existing color choices? To be honest, I think that would be a fantastic crown store purchase or ESO plus perk!
I also recently saw a 'datamining' web page that looked to be the next season of crown crates with some lip colors in there. If there are going to be lip colors, will they be compatible with other cosmetics or will we just have naked faced characters with lipstick? Sorry, I can't help it, but I like 'glamazons'
